1. How long does it take to join this tour?
A: This tour starts from 8.00 am – 11.30 am every morning.
2. How do we go with this tour?
A: You will go by Electric car during the tour.
3. Is there any tour guide escorted during the tour?
A: English speaking guide will follow you during the trip to introduce you the tourist places.
4. How many passengers minimum to start the tour?
A: The tour can start from 4 people.
5. How many passengers does 1 tour guide get in charge of?
A: 1 tour guide will be in charge of about 12 passengers to guarantee the tentative care and introduction.
6. Can we get picked up and dropped off at our hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter?
A: Yes, you will be picked up and dropped off at your hotel.
7. Are the entrance tickets included in this tour?
A: Entrance tickets are included except for Imperial Citadel of Thang Long (70,000 vnd/person) and Hoa Lo Prison (70,000 vnd/person).
8. Is coffee/water included in this trip?
A: We have about 20 minutes to enjoy coffee or water, each of you will have 1 complimentary cup of coffee/tea/soft drink/bottle of water.
9. Is lunch included in this trip?
A: No, it isn’t
10. If it rains, do you cancel the tour?
A: No, we do not need to cancel the tour, the Electric car has the roof, we also provide you mini raincoat. However, if it rains heavily, the tour
can be cancel. You will be inform before departure time.
11. If I have urgent business on departure day, can I change the date?
A: Yes, you can. Please inform us 2 days before departure date to arrange. If you inform us 2 days prior to departure date to change your departure date, you will pay the surcharge of 30% of the total booking.
12. If I do not speak English, can I order private tour guide speaking my language?
A: Yes, please inform us the language you require so we can arrange private tour guide for you.

– Private Korean speaking guide costs you 80 USD/1/2 day or 1 day
– Private Japanese/Chinese speaking guide costs you 60 USD/1/2 day or 1 day

13. Is the Electric car big for European people?
A: The Electric car is designed with 3 rows: First row for driver and tour guide; Second row is for 3 people and the Third row is for 3 people.
If you are more than 1,8 meters tall, it may be narrow, however, the traveling time on the road is quite short, you do not need to worry.
14. Can I order extra seat on electric car to be more comfortable?
A: Yes, you can order the extra seat with the surcharge of 400,000 vnd/seat (basing on 3 people sharing the 2nd and 3rd row).
15. Can I book charter the electric car with private tour guide?
A: Yes, you can. The charter of electric car for 1 hour is 500,000 vnd, English speaking guide and entrance fee/registration fee for 1/2 day
cost 1,000,000 vnd.
