2. If the cancellation is informed to us 3 days prior to departure date: Charge 70% of the total booking.
3. If the cancellation is informed to us 1 day prior to departure date: Charge 100% of the total booking.
If you book with travel agents/hotels or the third parties, you should follow their polocy (which is similar to CityTourHanoi.net).
If there is not any clear information of your booking/departure date/departure time/your personal information, we reserve the right to cancell
your booking to guarantee the departure time of the booked groups.
We also reserve the right to cancel your booking under some unavoidable circumstances such as: bad weather condition, wars, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, terrorism, or order from the Local Authority. In these cases, we will refund you the whole amount of
money similar to the booking amount made by document.
